Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User's request or the request of their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The website administration that has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided in pp. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. hereof.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the website administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became publicly available before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was obtained by the website administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
8.1. Before filing a claim in court on disputes arising from the relationship between the website User and the website administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
